HIPERTENSIAlong with age, almost everyone experienced an increase in blood pressure; systolic pressure continued to increase until the age of 80 years and diastolic blood pressure continued to increase until age 55-60 years, then decrease slowly or even decreased malignant .Hypertension is a very severe hypertension, which if not treated, will cause death within 3-6 months. Hypertension is rare, only 1 of every 200 people with hypertension. Blood pressure varies in one’s life naturally. Infants and children normally have a blood pressure is much lower than adults. Blood pressure was also influenced by physical activity, which will be higher during activity and lower when resting. Blood pressure in a single day is different; highest in the morning and lowest during sleep at night.
Foods that should be avoided or limited include:
1. Foods high in saturated fat (brain, kidney, lung, coconut oil, lard).
2. Foods that are processed by using sodium salt (biscuit, chips and salted dried food).
3. Food and drinks in cans (sardines, sausages, vegetables and canned fruits, soft drinks).
4. Preserved foods (beef jerky, pickled vegetables / fruits, salted fish, dried shrimp, salted eggs, peanut butter).
5. Full cream milk, butter, margarine, cheese, mayonnaise, and a source of animal protein are high in fat such as red meat (beef / lamb), egg yolk, chicken skin).
6. Seasonings such as soy sauce,shrimp paste, tomato sauce, chili sauce, and other seasonings generally contains sodium salt.
7. Alcohol and alcohol-containing foods such as tape.

High Blood Pressure

Medical Description

Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is characterized by high blood pressure on the artery walls. In stressful situations or during physical exertion, it is normal blood pressure rises. Hypertension is not a disease in itself. However, long term, it is an important risk factor:
